Website conversion help for Las Vegas service businesses

Start with something a prospective customer needs to do: understand a service, check whether you cover their area, or request a quote on a phone. A specific point of difficulty gives us something useful to investigate.

I work with service businesses across Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and the surrounding valley. The review follows the path from a landing page to a contact action, through any form, and on to the person responsible for replying.

If customers do not reach your site in the first place, local search visibility may be the more useful starting point. If requests arrive but go unanswered, the problem may sit in delivery or follow-up.

Conversion rate optimization starts with the inquiry path.

The aim is to help more suitable visitors get in touch. The proposal names the pages, form connections, and checks included in the work, with scope and price agreed before implementation.

A redesign should answer a clear business need.

A website can look dated and still give customers a usable way to contact you. A polished site can hide the service information or make a form difficult to complete. We look at the actual task before choosing the size of the project.

I can redesign the site around clearer services, a more useful page structure, and an easier route to a quote request. If focused improvements will do the job, we can keep more of what you already have. When a new foundation is justified, the proposal explains what can be retained and what needs to change.

Bring your website address and tell me which platform it uses if you know. I review the setup and access needed before agreeing to changes, so the proposal reflects your actual site.

Compare website fixes with a rebuild

Know what you are buying and how we will check it.

You own your website, accounts, and assets. Access, deliverables, revisions, and any support window are set out before work begins.

The paid growth audit has an estimated average price range of $200–$400 one-time. We agree on review areas, time allowance, price, and how we will walk through the findings. You receive three prioritized findings, supporting observations, recommended fixes, and estimated implementation scope.

Focused implementation has an estimated average price range of $750–$3,000 per project. A full redesign or rebuild can involve a larger scope and is quoted separately. Ads, paid tools, and outside services require your approval. Ongoing support is optional.

The audit is useful on its own. You can take the findings elsewhere or hire me for a defined piece of implementation.

We agree on functional checks for the changed pages and inquiry path. Business results need a separate review: a contact-button click is not a completed inquiry, and an inquiry is not a booked job. Available records and a simple inquiry log help us see what happens without claiming a lift from too little evidence.

I designed and built the website, set up a Shopify store for online orders, and worked on helping people find the business through Google and AI tools over time.

Within a couple of weeks, the company was taking on several customers.

Early customer activity is separate from the longer-term search visibility work.

Before we talk.

How much does the work cost?

A paid growth audit has an estimated average price range of $200–$400 one-time. Implementation is scoped and priced separately after we agree on the work. Focused projects have an estimated average range of $750–$3,000; larger projects are quoted separately. Paid tools and outside costs require your approval.

How long will the work take?

The time allowance depends on the scope. Before payment for an audit, we agree on the areas to review, time allowance, price, and how we will walk through the findings. Implementation has its own defined scope and agreed checks.

What access will you need?

Bring your website address and tell me which platform it uses if you know. I review the setup and access needed before agreeing to changes. Access is limited to the tools needed for the agreed work.

Who owns the website and accounts?

You keep ownership of your website, accounts, and assets. Access is limited to the tools needed for the work we agree on. You approve paid tools and outside costs, and ongoing support is optional.

Do you work with businesses in Henderson and North Las Vegas?

Yes. I work with service businesses across Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, and the surrounding valley. The work should fit your budget, the jobs you want, and how much work you can take on.

Do I need a new website?

You may be able to keep the one you have. If clearer pages, an easier quote form, or fixes for phone users will do the job, I recommend those first. If a redesign or rebuild is justified, the proposal explains what can be retained and what needs to change.
