AI and automation for Las Vegas service businesses

You might copy information between systems, repeat the same paperwork, or spend too much time keeping track of the next step. Bring the process that gets in your way, whether it involves customer work or internal admin.

I help service businesses across Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and the surrounding valley connect their software and automate useful parts of the work. Airtable, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, and Claude are examples of tools I work with. The platforms and workflows depend on your setup and what you need to accomplish.

We choose a specific task, identify the information it needs, and agree on the result. The existing tools may be enough. Any new subscription, connector, or provider cost is discussed before work begins.

Examples of the work.

These are starting points for a conversation. We scope the automation around your process and the tools involved, including work beyond the examples below.

Use clear rules for predictable steps.

Sending a reminder when an agreed date arrives can follow a simple rule. Summarizing a long note or drafting a reply may be a useful place for AI assistance. We choose the approach around the task.

Before enabling customer messages, we agree on who can receive them, the content and timing, permission to contact those recipients, and opt-out handling. A reply, a completed job, or a changed status may need to stop the next reminder.

Pricing, promises, and exceptions need an agreed human owner. AI-assisted drafts do not make commitments on your behalf without the review we have defined. The handoff explains what to do if a record is incomplete, a connection fails, or someone needs individual help.

Review requests invite honest feedback from customers. They do not offer rewards or screen for positive reviews. Google's review-request guidance explains its expectations.

From an inquiry to a conversation.

This example shows how the contact form on Valley Momentum's website connects to the business inbox.

Provider acceptance and inbox arrival are separate checks. An unconfirmed send shows an error so the visitor can try again. The receiving inbox still needs someone responsible for it. This example uses ordinary rules and does not use AI.

A defined workflow, with a useful handoff.

The paid growth audit has an estimated average price range of $200–$400 one-time. We agree on the review areas, time allowance, price, and readout. You receive three prioritized findings, supporting observations, recommended fixes, and estimated implementation scope.

Focused implementation has an estimated average price range of $750–$3,000 per project. Larger work is quoted separately. Tool subscriptions, AI usage, messaging-provider charges, and other outside costs require your approval.

The proposal names the input, connected tools, expected output, and who handles exceptions. We agree on access, the information shared with each tool, and how the workflow will be checked. You keep ownership of your accounts and records.

The handoff covers day-to-day use, changes to the workflow, and where to look when something needs attention. Optional support has an estimated average price range of $150–$500 per month, with its own agreed scope.

Sometimes the first change belongs on the website.

If customers struggle to request a quote, website redesign and conversion improvements may be the first step. If few suitable customers reach the site, start by reviewing local SEO and Google Business Profile visibility.

For follow-up specifically, see how I help requests reach the next step. Broader automation can connect the records and repeat tasks behind that process.

Before we talk.

How much does the work cost?

A paid growth audit has an estimated average price range of $200–$400 one-time. Implementation is scoped and priced separately after we agree on the work. Focused projects have an estimated average range of $750–$3,000; larger projects are quoted separately. Paid tools and outside costs require your approval.

How long will the work take?

The time allowance depends on the scope. Before payment for an audit, we agree on the areas to review, time allowance, price, and how we will walk through the findings. Implementation has its own defined scope and agreed checks.

What access will you need?

We review the tools and records involved in your workflow. The proposal identifies access needs, the information shared with each tool, inputs, expected outputs, and who handles exceptions.

Who owns the website and accounts?

You keep ownership of your website, accounts, and assets. Access is limited to the tools needed for the work we agree on. You approve paid tools and outside costs, and ongoing support is optional.

Do you work with businesses in Henderson and North Las Vegas?

Yes. I work with service businesses across Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, and the surrounding valley. The work should fit your budget, the jobs you want, and how much work you can take on.

Do I need a new website?

You may be able to keep the one you have. If clearer pages, an easier quote form, or fixes for phone users will do the job, I recommend those first. If a redesign or rebuild is justified, the proposal explains what can be retained and what needs to change.

What do you wish you could stop doing by hand?

Tell me which tools you use and where the work gets stuck. I'll email you to arrange a free first conversation.
